Taylor

The person behind Ascend
Meet Dr. Tyler Taylor.
Dr. Tyler Taylor graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2022 and specializes in upper extremity rehabilitation. She has experience treating fractures, stroke/hemiplegia, flexor tendon repairs, ligament injuries, arthritis, and nerve compression syndromes including carpal, cubital, and radial tunnel syndromes.
With a background in outpatient, inpatient acute care, inpatient rehab, home health, and skilled nursing settings, Tyler brings a comprehensive understanding of patients’ needs throughout every stage of recovery. She is certified in Physical Agent Modalities (PAMS) and is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS).
In addition to traditional therapy, Tyler incorporates alternative pain management strategies to support recovery and improve quality of life
